This role sits within the Haleon Business Services (HBS) team. You'll be joining a growing team that plays a critical role in helping Haleon become more agile and performance-focused, by simplifying our processes, leading digital enablement across the business and building capabilities for the future.

As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting core Human Resources processes and enabling smooth operations across multiple HR functions. This role offers hands-on experience in employee documentation, onboarding coordination, people services support, benefits administration, and HR compliance within a dynamic, fast-paced HR environment. You will collaborate closely with People Services, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams while gaining exposure to the full HR lifecycle from employee onboarding to policy management.

Key Responsibilities

* Create and manage employee files, including legal contracts and confidentiality agreements for Costa Rica.

* Maintain organized archives and records for company documents.

* Deliver onboarding inductions for new interns, covering benefits and general company information.

* Coordinate weekly or monthly onboarding meetings required for new hires in Costa Rica.

* Support People Services in preparing HR letters such as employment verification, seniority letters, visa documentation, and mobility processes for Costa Rica and Panama.

* Request and manage Purchase Orders for HR and Legal processes in Costa Rica and Panama.

* Collaborate with the Benefits team on annual medical checks, vaccination campaigns, and other benefit-related activities.

* Support engagement initiatives and company-wide activities.

* Assist in creating and updating HR policies and HR-related articles for Costa Rica.

* Provide support with documentation and information required for HR audits in Costa Rica and Panama.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

* Active university student in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

* Interest in HR processes, interactions, and operations.

* Advanced English level (ability to translate, converse, and read documents).

* Strong conflict-resolution and analytical skills.

* Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities.

* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Tools.
