What You'll Build

As a Sales Excellence Working Student supporting the Adriatics region (Croatia & Slovenia), you will help drive operational excellence across the sales organization. You will act as a trusted partner to the sales team, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes, high-quality data management, and effective coordination of commercial activities.

In this role, you will:

* Serve as a central point of contact for Sales Excellence-related topics across the Adriatics organization.

* Support the creation and coordination of sales quotations, offers, and related sales processes.

* Manage and monitor approval workflows, ensuring quotations progress efficiently through internal review stages.

* Proactively follow up with stakeholders on pending approvals, actions, and deadlines.

* Maintain CRM data quality and support best practices in pipeline and opportunity management.

* Help sales professionals maintain opportunity discipline, including qualification quality, opportunity stages, close plans, forecast accuracy, and data completeness.

* Analyze and track sales process compliance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and transparency.

* Contribute to a productive sales environment that enables sellers to focus more time on customer engagement and business growth.

Your work will directly impact sales productivity, process consistency, forecasting quality, and overall operational effectiveness across the Adriatics business.

What You Bring

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow processes with attention to detail.

* Analytical mindset and interest in data quality, reporting, and operational excellence.

* Excellent communication skills and confidence in collaborating with different stakeholders.

* Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and drive actions to completion.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; experience with CRM systems is considered a plus.

* Fluency in English; Croatian and/or Slovenian language skills are an advantage.
