* Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, and scheduling interviews.
* Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
* Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, events, and feedback sessions.
* Assist in the development and organization of training materials and programs.
* Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
* Conduct research on best practices in talent management and organizational culture.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving workplace culture.
* Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requisiti del candidato:

* Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Detail-oriented and organized with strong time-management skills.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
