Role & Responsibilities:
Supporting the Contracts Team in preparing contracts by performing data entry, word processing and spreadsheet preparation onto the standard templates, by extracting relevant information from vendors documents. Should have keen eye for detail.
Proof Read No Objection Letters for direct Payment to subcontractors
General document control and administrative works, well-organized, pays close attention to detail, and is able to assisting to prepare/compile contracts for Contracts Dept.
Tracking and updating the log of all issued contracts, and sending reports to various departments on a weekly basis.
Create and maintain a variety of logs/summaries (computer and hard copy including confidential files) to ensure accurate, up-to-date information is available.
Qualifications:
Preferred Fresh Civil/Mechanical Engineering graduates. Preferably candidates who have completed schooling or education from UAE.
Able to perform clerical works and documents data entry related to contract drafting of construction projects
Systematic and organized
Efficient
Sharp and attention to details (i.e. able to identify any missing pages when checking completeness of contract documents)
