Youth LAB is a paid international internship program at SEB Bank. You will dedicate ten weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects, including hackathon where you will also discover new ways of collaborative and innovative work between other international students. You will get a personal mentor who will support you throughout the internship. How great is that?

Financing & Loans team designs, prepares, and launches worldclass financing products across all three Baltic countries. Working in a professional international environment, we collaborate closely with IT specialists and partner teams to develop innovative and highquality credit solutions. Together, we strive to deliver the best customer experience through shared expertise and agility.

Your responsibilities will include:

* To work together with a team to build knowledge and experience required for position;
* To collaborate with team members to design and improve team's solutions according to business and technical requirements;
* To contribute to all steps of the Agile development process: analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance;
* To actively participate in resolving complex technical challenges.

* Fluent in Estonian and English;

* Able to manage your time and prioritize.

EUR1,050 - EUR1,300 a month
