This Radio Product Engineer Traineeship role will be a bridge between theoretical academic knowledge and real-world industrial application, particularly within telecommunications. During this traineeship you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in: the design, testing and troubleshooting of variety of our radio products in our labs and industry knowledge about product development lifecycles, different wireless technologies while improving your collaboration, time management and technical communication skills.

What you will do:

* Troubleshooting Radio products on board (PCBA) level that have failed in test.
* Investigating electrical problems of the product.
* Collaborating with other Product Engineers to create guides or instructions documents.

Who We're Looking For:

* Students studying engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Mechatronics, Telecommunications and Radio Engineering or Wireless communications or similar
* Basic knowledge of radio electronic circuits and RF measurement tools, ability to read electrical schematic diagrams, basic programming skills (python or similar)
* Curious, passionate individuals eager to bring fresh ideas, adapt to change and learn quickly
* Candidates who are willing to take initiative, challenge themselves, and make a positive impact
* High proficiency in English, both verbal and written

* Currently studying at a University or Vocational School
* Your current study course will continue after August 2026
* You have valid working rights in Estonia at least till 31.08.2026
* You are available and ready to commit to the traineeship full time (Mon-Fri) for at least standard period of 01.06-14.08.2026
