YOUR ROLE
You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.
* Time and Motion Study, measuring task times to improve productivity
* Workforce Planning, scheduling and allocating human resources effectively and MMR (Man-Machine Ratio)
* Process Analysis and Improvement, studying workflows to optimize efficiency
* Facility Layout Design, planning the physical arrangement of resources
* Ergonomics, designing workplaces for worker comfort and safety
* Willing to learn simulation modelling & Power BI dashboarding
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* currently taking up Industrial Engineering
* with basic knowledge on Microsoft office
* with idea on Motion Time Study, other IE skills
* english proficiency
* currently enrolled for internship
* at least 18 years of age
