FP&A Assistant - Internship

Description

* Support the FP&A team in budgeting and monthly financial reporting for a portfolio of luxury fragrance brands including Tom Ford Beauty and Jo Malone London.
* Assist in variance analysis and performance tracking across markets, channels, and product categories.
* Work with large datasets using Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and the OLAP database system (OneStream) to extract and analyze financial data.
* Leverage tools such as SAP BI, Power BI, and internal dashboards to build reports and visualize key business metrics.
* Participate in the preparation of presentations and financial reviews for senior management and brand teams.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and commercial teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation of recurring reporting tasks.
* Gain exposure to strategic planning and decision-making processes in a dynamic and international environment.
