Description du poste:

Within the Sales Analytics & Performance team attached to the Business Operations & Strategy Department, this role is responsible for updating six dashboards shared to the different sales populations of Label & Artist Solutions, ensuring data reliability and performing ad-hoc analyses - in collaboration with the team's analysts.
The successful candidate will be expected to proactively suggest improvements to enhance dashboard usage by internal teams.

Missions :
1/ Daily/Monthly Updates of sales performance dataset & dashboards:
* Integration of tables shared by teams in our datamodel.
* Integration of new data sources in our datamodel.
* Data model updates.
* Management of dashboard access

2/ Improvement of the data ingestion process:
* Improvement of the ingestion process and the data workflow
* Documentation of the ingestion process

3/ Improvement of existing Power BI dashboards:
* Creation of new data visualizations according to needs
* Improvement of the dashboards usage

4/ Carrying out ad hoc analyses:
* Use of performance data to produce analyses at the request of the Business Operations & Strategy team.

Qualifications:

* Rigor and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* SQL
* Understanding Databases
* Previous experience with a business intelligence/data visualization tool (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
* Oral and written English
* Native or fluent  in French
* Enrolled in a Master's degree (bac+4/5)
