About the role 🖥️

We are seeking an Influencer assistant Intern at Vestiaire Collective. This role involves close collaboration with Vestiaire Collective's Influencer Manager, supporting daily tasks, and assisting with strategic client projects. A key responsibility will be ensuring data accuracy for our clients. Through these tasks, you will gain a profound understanding of the influencer ecosystem.

What you will do 👜

* Own the full influencer growth funnel from acquisition to high-level performance.
* Monitor influencer performance and lifecycle progression using data dashboards (PowerBI) and benchmarks.
* Assist in growing and maintaining the influencer database, ensuring all profiles align with Vestiaire Collective's brand identity and values.
* Collaborate with Accounting, legal, PR teams to ensure effective campaign execution matching.
* Deliver regular reporting and insights on engagement.
* Support the Influencer team with daily social media and influencer marketing activities
* Identify relevant creators to drive brand awareness and strengthen community engagement.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute impactful influencer campaigns from concept to launch.
* Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports, providing insights into content and campaign effectiveness.

Who you are ⭐

* Previous experience with administrative tasks in a collaborative environment
* By January 2026 enrolled in a Master's program in Communications, Marketing, Humanities, Languages or any other related field
* You have strong analytical skills
* You are an avid fashion lover and actively follow news in the influencer world
* You are a Fluent English speaker
* You are a self-starter and take initiative
* You are thorough and detail-oriented
* You are tech literate and can learn new software with ease
* You work well with others
* (Bonus) knowledge of PowerBi, Snowlake, Tableau
* You will be able to provide an internship agreement from a University
