Sitdown Production, a boutique events agency specialized in high-end fashion and brand experiences, is looking for a motivated Events Production Intern to join the team from early January for 3 months (with the possibility of extending to 6 months).
This internship offers a hands-on immersion into the world of fashion events-perfect for someone eager to learn, take initiative, and discover the full production process from concept to completion.

Your Missions
Daily Office Support
* Assistance with administrative tasks: invoicing, accounting follow-up, internal organization.Event Pre-Production
* Supplier research and outreach
* Requesting and comparing quotes
* Assisting with planning and production timelines
* Helping prepare production documents and event logisticsOn-Site Production
* Supporting the installation and set-up of events
* Coordinating with suppliers and ensuring smooth execution
* Overseeing event operations during opening hours
* Helping with talent, models, and backstage management
* Assisting with dismantling and on-site wrap-upPost-Production
* Supporting project debrief and documentation
* Follow-up on supplier invoicing
* Helping reorganize storage, inventory, and equipment

Profil recherché

Profile We're Looking For
* Fluent in English and French
* Independent, proactive, and reliable
* Strong sense of timing, priorities, and organization
