Ludovic de Saint Sernin represents a return to beauty, seen via the lens of sensuality and sexuality, with an exacting approach to design and make. Saint Sernin is a French designer who lives and works in Paris. He graduated in Fashion Design from l'ESAA Duperré and worked in a number of French fashion houses before launching his own label, debuting with a Spring Summer 2018 collection. Ludovic de Saint Sernin is for guys and girls, with many pieces designed without one gender in mind. Ludovic has shown his collection on both the Men's and Women's official Fashion Week calendar in Paris. The label is well known for underwear, forming a new product category of luxury underwear for men, the eyelet brief has become the signature item. The majority of the clothes and accessories are made in France and sustainable practices are always closely followed, consciously shortening the supply chain and maintaining a close relationship with all ateliers.

Description du poste

You will be member of the studio/atelier team helping with the following missions :

- Sewing prototypes for the AW26 collection.
- Tracing patterns to an accurate and high standard
- Tracing patterns and finishes from archive/vintage garments
- Sampling finishings and solving problem
- Pattern cutting and toiling (trousers, shirts, jackets, coats, dresses, underwear etc.)
- Developing textiles and embellishments
- Fabric/trim sourcing
- Updating collection plan through the design process
- Running studio errands (PR requests, production, atelier etc.)
- Helping with production, wholesale, design
- General help around the studio in the working process of our next show.

Profil recherché

You are a fashion student, on your final year (Bachelor/Master degree) specialized in menswear/womenswear and you have strong technical knowledges on making garments (sewing, pattern making, draping, custom pieces, alterations). French is required, English is mandatory.

An internship agreement edited by your school is mandatory.
