Depending on your profile, you will be able to join one of our HR expertise teams based within the various L'Oréal entities in France. You will develop your skills and help our teams reach their potential in an environment where people are at the heart of everything we do.

You will be integrated into the Global Human Resources Department teams and will support the People & Development teams in the deployment of employee development tools and campaigns on a global scale. You will be involved in the following areas:

- Co-creation of communication materials with a communications agency (newsletters, articles, videos, email templates)

- Supporting the creation of educational materials (fact sheets, guides, slides, etc.) used to assist managers with topics related to employee development (self-awareness, goal setting, skills development, performance, etc.)

-Organizing educational content on our internal training platform

-Monitoring key performance indicators using dashboards and data to measure the impact of campaigns and initiatives on employee development.

On all topics, you will be in contact with a multitude of internal and external partners.

Your Profile
* You are a Master's student, currently on a gap year or completing your end-of-studies internship
* You are fluent in English
* You want to develop your knowledge and expertise in Human Resources
* You have good interpersonal skills

* Compensation: EUR1,700 gross per month
* Transportation: 60% of transport costs covered

The Recruitment Process
* Interview with a Recruiter - 30 min: An opportunity to introduce yourself and discuss the role and the L'Oréal Group.
* Meeting with Your Potential Future Manager - 45 min: A chance to dive deeper into the responsibilities of the position.
