YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
This internship will take place in Paris-Haussmann, in Paris-La-Fayette, in our superb Global HQ, as of July 2026.
To excel in your internship, you will be reporting and working with Jair JULIO VEGA, Global Head of HR Digital Transformation, who you will guide you throughout the process.
On one side you'll learn about our global talent (objective setting, development conversation, employee profile) but also about reward (performance, calibration, Annual Salary Review and Short-Term incentive programs) and work closely with the global HR teams to support the campaigns, communication, training materials, adoption and change management.
In this internship you will also work closely with HRIT teams of Danone based in several locations, working in a truly global environment.
* 50% working on the global People Cycle agenda, with global Rewards and Talent community around the world. Provide support to plan the roadmap, identify dependencies, issues Vs. Request, track progress & report successes with the support of team members, animate potential a network of users to obtain feedback & insights coordinate discussions around priority transversal topics to achieve alignments
* 25% Act as PMO of the different projects driving the change management agenda, engaging in different meetings, forums, supporting with analysis, research, etc. You will learn about agile methodology and develop stakeholder and project management skills.
* 25% Other projects mostly related to HR Data, updating training materials, identifying key employees data errors, data watch-outs, identifying new data KPIs to measure as well as support the HR Data Steward on the evolution of several data fields that are in the roadmap for the next 3 years.

* INTERNSHIP : Compensation from EUR1,300 (Bachelor's +4 and gap year) to EUR1,500 (Bachelor's +5) gross/month.

For this position, to achieve great things together we are looking for someone:
* Available from beginning of July 2026 for a duration of 6 months
* You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university or business school
* You have studied or worked in Human Resources, tech, or in Project management
* You demonstrate a passion for the fields of digital innovation related to HR
* You are resourceful and like to take initiative, able to demonstrate real ownership of the tasks assigned to you.
* Fluent English is required (French or another language is a plus).
* Software Intermediate to advance excel skills are needed
