YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This internship will take place in Paris, at our headquarters starting from January 2027. Isabel Norcock, Global Inclusion & Diversity and Well-being Manager will guide you through your day-to-day tasks and help you grow in your role:

INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY
* Contribute to the I&D roadmap and mission as well as the development and implementation of I&D initiatives,
* Animate and support our local HR communities and Champions, animating & supporting the network worldwide
* Animate & support the I&D communication Campaigns
* Support the organization of I&D events and activations
WELL-BEING FOR EMPLOYEES
* Contribute to the animation of our Global Well-being Program, based on 3 pillars (Nutrition, Mental Wellness and Physical Well-being)
* Support the organization of events for employees
* Contribute to the design and implementation of Well-being related initiatives
* support and co-lead the Communications plan

THE BENEFITS OF THIS INTERNSHIP:
* Up to 2 days/week of remote work
* Full reimbursement of your public transportation pass or partial/full reimbursement of mileage expenses
* ""Vendredi je grandis"" program: development every Friday afternoon covering career, soft skills, and hard skills.
* Internship : Compensation from EUR1,300 (Bachelor's +4 and gap year) to EUR1,500 (Bachelor's +5) gross/month.
* Benefits: company restaurant, gym, bike parking

For this position, we are looking for someone: 
* Available from January 2027 for a duration of 6 months 
* Master’s student in university, business school, or engineering school 
* Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a dynamic environment. 
* Creative, agile, and proactive mindset, with a passion for continuous learning, and challenging the status quo. 
* Interpersonal, networking, and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and confidentiality in a multicultural environment. 
* Collaborative, open-minded, and able to understand diverse perspectives and deliver tailored solutions.
* Analytical, data-driven, and digitally savvy, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
