Part of the Group's Human Resources Department, the People Experience team is responsible for shaping the future of employee experience across Maisons and Regions. Our mission is to strengthen employee engagement, enhance the Group's attractiveness as an employer, and empower individuals and teams to thrive in their roles.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to structure, interpret and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data Critical thinking and intellectual curiosity to identify trends, challenge assumptions and formulate relevant recommendations Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a concise and engaging way Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across Maisons, functions and regions Attention to detail, autonomy and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken. Basic knowledge of French is a plus but not mandatory.
