Collections are designed in our Parisian studio and are predominantly manufactured in Europe.

Description du poste

SATISFY is seeking a Customer Service Intern to support the day to day operations of our Customer Service team.
This role is a hands-on opportunity to learn how the brand operates, while contributing directly to customer satisfaction, logistics coordination, and internal process improvements.
You will work closely with Customer Service to ensure a seamless post purchase experience and efficient handling of returns, exchanges, and warranties.

Key Responsibilities:
● Respond to customer inquiries via email with prompt, accurate, and high-quality service.
● Handle specific requests such as order tracking, product information, and post-purchase support.
● Support the team in maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
● Own the daily returns and exchange process.
● Track inbound Product Quality returns at the office and warehouse.
● Maintain Quality Control documentation and ensure information is accurately logged and shared.
● Assist in coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth handling of shipments, returns, and exchanges.
● Participate in team meetings to review performance and suggest operational improvements.

Profil recherché

Skills & Qualifications:
● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent written communication skills.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
● Team player with strong collaboration skills, while also able to work independently.
● Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms) and Microsoft Office.
● Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CS tools (Shopify+, Gorgias) is a plus.
● Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or e-commerce is a plus.
● Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken), French is a plus
