Overview

The Technical Maintenance Department is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of production and packaging equipment. High-quality planning is a critical component of this process, enabling reliable performance, timely maintenance, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities

* Assist mechanical and maintenance team with equipment inspections and repairs.
* Support preventive maintenance activities according to maintenance schedules.
* Help troubleshoot mechanical issues on production and packaging equipment.
* Maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance records.
* Follow all safety, food safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
* Participate in equipment cleaning, lubrication, and basic adjustments.
* Report equipment abnormalities and potential safety hazards.
* Learn manufacturing processes and continuous improvement practices.
* Support machine startup, shutdown, and changeover activities when required.
Qualifications

* Higher education in technical field
* Basic understanding of mechanical systems, motors, pumps, conveyors, and production equipment.
* Ability to read simple technical drawings and maintenance instructions.
* Strong willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
* Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
* Understanding of Preventive Maintenance (PM) principles and strong safety awareness
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
* Fluent in Georgian, English on B1+ level
