Mandatory Internship in Strategy Partnering, Value Creation and M&A

Job Description

* During your internship you will support the Bosch Mobility (BBM) strategy department on Partnering, Value Creation topics and M&A.
* You will take over specific tasks during all stages of the establishment of a partnership.
* Furthermore, you will support the program lead of VCP @ BBM in introducing Value Creation Plans (VCPs) as a dedicated steering instrument.
* Your responsibilities will also include conducting market analyses, preparing management reports, assessing company performance, and producing regular newsletters, among other tasks.
* Additionally, you will actively advance our strategic initiatives e.g. by analyzing market trends and key players, including partners and competitors etc. You will develop mobility scenarios and create a holistic strategic vision for Bosch Mobility

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

* Education: studies in the field of Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Economics or comparable
* Experience and Knowledge: in the field of Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Management Consulting, M&A&P and/or Project Management
* Personality and Working Practice: you excel at analyzing complex problems, generating creative solutions, and collaborating effectively with your team
* Languages: fluent in English
