You'll make an impact by
* You support the M&A team in ongoing acquisition, divestment, and joint venture projects by assisting with research, data analysis, and document preparation
* Building on this, you contribute to the transaction process by helping with financial modeling, valuation exercises, and due diligence tasks
* Additionally, you assist in preparing key presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
* To further strengthen the team's efficiency, you help drive digitalization initiatives within the M&A process and support department-specific topics as required

This is how you'll win us over
* Education: You are currently enrolled in at least your fourth semester of a Bachelor's or a Master's program in accounting, business, or finance with an excellent academic record and are looking for an internship starting from February 2026
* Experience and Skills:
* Ideally, you have gained practical experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, or finance-related functions
* You possess strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* You are familiar with financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes
* Ways of Working: You are goal-oriented, proactive, a strong team player, and possess excellent communication skills
* Languages: You speak English and German fluently
