Your tasks
Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship - As an intern/flexicant (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.06.2026:

* Conceptual support for the development of internal web applications (e.g. for recruiting processes)
* Independent preparation of presentations and project-related documents
* Administrative support, particularly when managing users and onboarding new users
* Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. works council, group spokesperson committee, agencies)
* Support with employee surveys, feedback management and day-to-day operations

Your profile
You are studying communication sciences, business administration, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.

You also have the following knowledge and skills:

* Practical experience in personnel management
* Safe use of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and data analyses
* Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly
* High level of initiative and proactive way of working
* A responsible and structured approach to tasks and projects
* Strong ability to work in a team and enjoy working together in a dynamic environment

Nice-to-have Skills
* First experience in project management
* Analytical and conceptual thinking
* Affinity for digital tools and technologies (especially AI applications)
* Interest in strategic HR topics and talent management
* High level of discretion and confidentiality
