Your tasks
As a flexicant (m/f/d), you will complete your voluntary internship and benefit from attractive pay and flexible working hours. From 01.04.2026, you will support the team with the following responsible tasks:

* Collaboration on strategic AI and innovation projects in a European context
* Support in designing and implementing AI initiatives (e.g. funding and cooperation projects such as IPCEI AI)
* Analysis of AI strategies as well as regulatory and social frameworks
* Preparation of presentations, concept papers and decision-making bases
* Support in stakeholder management with internal and external partners
* Research and preparation of information on digital innovations and regulatory issues

Your profile
You are studying a master's degree in Media & Communication Management, Digital Business, Innovation Management or a comparable degree program and have the following knowledge and skills:

* Strong interest in AI applications, foundation models and data-driven services
* Experience or strong interest in business strategy, innovation, and digital project management
* Bachelor's degree with a focus on governance, regulation and institutional decision-making processes
* Ability to translate technology requirements into business impact and governance models
* Basic understanding of AI regulation, public policy and European frameworks
* Analytical, structured and independent way of working
* Very good communication and team skills

Desirable additional qualifications
* Experience with AI regulatory or policy projects
* Knowledge of using data infrastructures, databases, or analytics tools
* Experience in dashboard, reporting, or evaluation projects
* Understanding AI supply and value chains and platform ecosystems
* Interest in European innovation, funding and cooperation programs
