THESE TASKS AWAIT YOU
You will work closely with the team and support them in their daily project business. You will contribute your own ideas to actively shape innovative projects and to gain exciting insights into innovative topics and ways of working.

Your tasks include:
* Support in day-to-day project work as well as assumption of PMO tasks (e.g. preparation of meetings, maintenance of project documents, documentation)
* Collaboration in organizational and administrative activities within ongoing projects
* Creation of presentations and visual content (e.g. graphics)
* Support with creative tasks, especially in the area of communication (e.g. social media posts, internal communication)

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
You are an enrolled student of business informatics, communication/media sciences or a comparable course of study and ideally have already gained (internship) experience in the field of project management and communication.

In addition, you will have the following skills:
* Initial knowledge of IT project management (in the analysis, conception and specification of IT-supported processes)
* Sound understanding and initial practical experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
* Interest in graphic editing
* You are social media-savvy
* You are characterized by your independent, reliable and independent way of working
* You are willing to learn and like to contribute your own opinion
* You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
