About the position
Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship - As an intern/flexicant (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.08.2026:

* You support projects in the area of transition & transformation
* You support the preparation of decision templates, presentations and briefings for management
* You assist with communication measures such as emailings, newsletters and social media posts
* Cooperation with national and international colleagues

Your profile
You are studying business administration, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.

You also have the following knowledge and skills:

* Distinctive initiative and a proactive way of working
* Strong organizational skills and structured approach
* Safe use of MS Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Basic knowledge of presentation techniques
* First experience or basic knowledge in project management
