* Daily exchange with our social media communities and followers on TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat - for our brands essence & Catrice.
* Managing direct messages and comments
* Supporting content creation (e.g., for broadcast channels) and positioning our brands in relevant pop culture and social media conversations - always in direct, authentic interaction with our target group
* Creative, strategic commenting on TikTok to generate visibility and viral reach
* Organizing targeted product seedings for our community and particularly engaged users
* Close collaboration with the social media and influencer marketing team, our brand managers, quality assurance, and many other interfacesYou bring the skills. we give you the space.

* Studies in business administration, communication sciences, or a marketing-related field
* At least 2 completed semesters and ideally initial practical experience in marketing at an FMCG company or a marketing/communications agency
* Duration: minimum 6 months, ideally starting as of now
* Strong affinity for social media, especially TikTok and Instagram (please include your account in the application documents), as well as beauty topics and products (decorative cosmetics and skincare)
* Pop culture and trend savvy - you don't miss relevant social media and pop culture trends
* Willingness to create content yourself (e.g., filming swatches, showing yourself in front of the camera, etc.)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, paired with a structured and reliable working style
* Open, friendly, and professional demeanor - both online and offline
* Used to fast-paced, flexible environments; hands-on and highly customer-oriented
* Fluent in German and English
