Job Description

* Gain first-hand and in-depth understanding of power markets and related commodities with a focus on renewable energy and learn the fundamentals of energy trading
* Support trading activities with analysis of key market factors, which will allow for a better decision making on a daily basis
* Strengthen our valuation of battery energy storage systems with analysis of revenue streams, risks, and portfolio effects
* Build out our tool landscape to manage the portfolio of power and other commodities, including automation of reporting and data management processes

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

* Currently studying or recently received a degree in either Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, or other relevant analytical field of study and available for a 6-month internship
* Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
* Proficiency with data analysis/data science in Excel and Python
* Interest in the renewables and power market
* High level of motivation, structured way of working and ability to get things done
* Ability to communicate ideas clearly
* Fluency in English
* Understanding of power markets an advantage, but not required
