We are looking for you to support our HR Team on Employer Branding & HR Communications at Safran Engineering Services in Hamburg, Finkenwerder. In close cooperation with our HR manager and HR Business Partner you will be responsible for the following tasks:

* Support the preparation and maintenance of employment contracts
(formatting, structure, templates, and quality checks in close coordination with HR)
* Design and further develop HR presentations and templates
* Create and maintain onboarding materials for new employees
* Prepare content for internal company communication
(e.g. guidelines, informational documents, presentations)
* Ensure a consistent look and feel in line with the corporate design and employer brand
* Support the optimization and standardization of HR documents

Your Profile
* Currently enrolled student in Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or a comparable field
* Very good skills in MS PowerPoint and Word
* Structured and detail-oriented working style with a strong sense for layout and language
* Interest in HR topics, employer branding, and internal communication
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
