As a Working Student (f/m/d) in P&O/HR (People & Organization) Strategic Projects at our Munich office, you'll support global projects and our Chapter operations that shape how people work, collaborate, and grow at Siemens - turning your curiosity and analytical skills into real value for our people worldwide.
You'll make an impact by
You support our global team of consultants and project managers in strategic P&O/HR projects by:
* Research & Analytical Thinking:
Conducting research on HR and industry trends, evaluating data sets, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for global stakeholders.
* Communication & Presentations:
Preparing clear, compelling presentations and summaries to support meetings, alignment sessions, and leadership discussions.
* Workday & HR Systems Support:
Working with Workday and other HR technologies to analyze data, support process optimization, and contribute to system enhancements within ongoing projects.
* Project Collaboration:
Actively contributing to international project workstreams, supporting coordination, documentation, and problem-solving alongside experienced team members.
* AI & Digital Innovation:
Leveraging AI-driven tools and analytical methods to support decision-making, optimize processes, and enhance the digital maturity of our P&O/HR landscape.
* Operational & Cultural Excellence:
Driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting knowledge sharing across chapters, and contributing to a culture of innovation and learning.
This is how you'll win us over

* Education: You are currently enrolled in a Master's program in business administration, social sciences, psychology, HR, data analytics, or a similar field. And have you already worked in one of the following areas: International large scaled Companies, Consulting or HR
* Experience and Skills:
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work data-driven and structure complex topics
* Experience with Workday or other HR platforms is a strong plus
* Initial practical experience in HR, consulting, and/or international project environments and Teams
* Ideally, experience working in large international large scaled companies
* High proficiency in Office365 (especially Excel & PowerPoint, Power BI), Microsoft Teams; experience with collaboration tools like Conceptboard is a plus
* Strong interest in digitalization, AI tools, and modern P&O/HR topics
* Reliable, independent way of working with an entrepreneurial mindset
* Ways of Working: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, work independently, and are able to prioritize and execute tasks pragmatically
* Languages: You have excellent written and spoken English skills"
