Good with Numbers: A solid ability to understand and work with quantitative data, which is essential for financial controlling. Intermediate English Comprehension: Ability to understand business documents and reports written in English. Proactive Problem-Solving Mindset: A persistent and determined approach to identifying and resolving challenges. Preferred Skills Advanced Excel Skills: Experience in creating macros to automate and streamline data processing tasks. Interest in AI-driven Solutions: Eagerness to explore and apply Generative AI for system optimization and efficiency improvements (our internal LLM is available). Business Level English Communication: The ability to communicate effectively in English for business purposes. Background in Statistics, Accounting, or Financial Engineering may be beneficial for this position
