The Knowledge Base Intern will help us maintain a high level of accuracy in our KB, and support our teams with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge Collection:
* Research and gather country-specific data from external sources.
* Ensure that collected data is accurate and up-to-date before it is incorporated into the KB.
Knowledge Base Administration:
* Update and maintain the KB by manually adding data to individual country pages.
* Ensure consistency and accuracy across all entries.
Requirements:
* Experience in administrative roles, knowledge management, or content administration - advantage
Skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong time management abilities.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in content management.
* Ability to research and analyze data from multiple sources.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
* Technical: Comfortable with manual data entry tasks and basic computer skills. Experience with MS Office, Google Suite, or similar tools is required
