Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
Basic SQL knowledge - able to write simple queries and understand joins.
Foundational understanding of BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
Analytical thinking & problem-solving attitude - strong interest in data-driven decision-making.
Internship or academic project experience in data analytics, visualization, or database management.
Exposure to Python or R for data analysis or scripting
