MCU Field / Application Engineer will work on the design-in support activities on customer projects. Principal activities are: * Technical support for design-in activities on 8 bit and 32-Bit Microcontrollers providing the needed support to customers. * Provide solutions to customer issues and compile necessary information. * Working with Sales/Marketing teams to provide technical training to customers and Distributors. * Able to develop basic demos/solution for local customer on need basis. * Embedded design background is preferred. * Good to have experience on STM32 Microcontroller. Profile (candidate's skills) Candidate should be competent in the following areas: * Bachelor or master's degree in Electronics Engineering * Good experience in handling lab equipment (Oscilloscope, Power supply, Multimeter, Signal generator etc.) and debugging procedures. * Good understanding of C language. * Good understanding of Microcontrollers and peripherals. Preferred Knowledge: * Good knowledge on ARM architecture, Programming skills on Embedded C for 32-bit MCUs. * Working experience on IAR, KEIL & STM32CubeIDE) * Debugging skills on Microcontrollers peripherals, hardware and software. * Good understanding and working experience on protocols like USART/UART , CAN , USB ,SPI , I2C , Ethernet etc. ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
