About this Position: As a Controlling Trainee for the Europe & IMEA region, you will support and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting, processes, and communication within the regional controlling team while collaborating closely with regional business controllers across Europe & IMEA, as well as country-level and global controlling teams. In this role, we are seeking a team member with strong analytical capabilities and a solid business foundation who is eager to learn and develop into future controlling roles. What you´ll do:

* Support regional closing activities by updating reporting overviews, investigating significant changes across key P&L lines and coordinating with country controllers
* Prepare ad-hoc analyses, deep dives, simulations, presentations, and reports based on business needs
* Validate and analyze data from different stakeholders
* Lead and present smaller initiatives and projects
* Contribute to the further development of the trainee program and support onboarding of new trainees towards the end of the traineeship

What makes you a good fit:

* CA intermediate
* Solid understanding of P&L structures and the ability to interpret key drivers within a manufacturing environment
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; experience with AI-based tools is an advantage, strong analytical skills combined with critical thinking and a high standard for quality
* Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations across stakeholders, team-oriented personality, comfortable interacting with colleagues across different seniority levels.
