Descrizione del lavoro:
* Recruitment Process Support: Assist the recruitment team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including organizing and maintaining candidate databases and documentation.
* Sourcing and Candidate Outreach: Utilize various platforms, such as LinkedIn and our applicant tracking system, to identify and attract potential candidates.
* Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars.
* Administrative Support: Manage various administrative duties, such as creating and distributing job postings, screening resumes for initial qualifications, and assisting with background check initiation and follow-up
Requisiti del candidato:
* Educational Background: a final-year student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
* Previous experience in a recruitment or HR-related role (including internships or volunteer work) will be given preference.
* Familiar with various sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn) and has a working knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Proactive, highly organized, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
