Job Description

We offer 12 month internship opportunities all over the world across various business functions. Interns will participate in executive speaker series, career development workshops, philanthropic efforts, and team building activities. Additionally, interns will have access to online learnings and dedicated Summer Coach to further grow their careers with us If you want to make work, work better, we want you.
Team Overview
* Work with our Strategic Global Alliances (SGA) team to support ambitious sales targets with the world's largest and most influential partner organizations
* Work with our program management and Global Alliance Leaders on key initiatives to support the SGA and Alliances, Channels and Ecosystems, including
* Management and communications plan to support new Partner Program Requirements
* Management of executive calendars and executive briefing documents
* Support of partner marketing and communications activities
* Operational activities including biweekly reporting, QBRs, and All Hands meetings by coordinating the reporting across the team, supporting slideware creation, and coordinating guest speakers

Qualifications

* Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
* Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills.
* Ability to build meaningful business relationships with ServiceNow customers, prospects, and internal colleagues.
* An ambitious, creative, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
* Ability to think big and deliver projects from conception through completion.
* Highly organized and efficient.
* Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, and ability to adapt in a flexible and fast-paced environment.
* A basic understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings is a plus.
* Previous internship experience is a plus.
* Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with a placement year as part of your course.
* Available to start in September 2026
