HR Intern 2027

Support the operations functions with daily HR activities, including but not limited to general queries, absence management, time and attendance reviews and management, back end HR systems support of core processes including Talent Acquisition, HR operations, training etc. Support the extended HR Team in various tasks by providing an all-encompassing HR administrative support service. Support core processes such as induction, exit interviews, probation and training for employees. Playing an active role in the sites engagement and vitality teams actively contributing to idea creation and execution of events onsite Support the onsite communication strategy with timely and effective communications. Support the HR team in preparation for any audits requiring HR input. Ensure all employee issues/queries are dealt with effectively and efficiently.  Contribute to the creation and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the HR dept. The above is not an exhaustive list, and the successful candidate will be expected to conduct all reasonable requests in line with their role and responsibilities

Requisiti del candidato:

The successful candidate will ideally: Be pursuing a Degree in the area of Human Resources or equivalent with interest in pursuing a carer in the area. Excellent Interpersonal/Communication skills (both written and verbal). Exhibit a strong 'can-do', 'will-do' attitude and strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines. Excellent Administration skills, coupled with an innate attention to detail.
