For our Digial & Data Team team based in Milan we are looking as of now for a CRM & Data Analyst Intern.
During this experience you'll be part of a dynamic team, and you'll have visibility in all company's departments and you'll contribute to the achievements of your team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
DATA Execution
* Use automatic tools to extract and analyze data from both primary and secondary sources (DTC, CRM, Website, IRI, Google Analytics, Helium, Profitero, etc) and track evolution accordingly with KPIs
* Work with external stakeholders to optimize data visualization, propose changes and secure data are properly tracked
* Prepare analysis reports for internal and external stakeholders, in order to support strategic choices and create monthly reports to evaluate performance based on main KPIs
CRM & DTCs Execution
* Support CRM and Data team on roll-out of the CRM plan, including sending of newsletter campaigns
* Monitor and secure right implementation of content and data among owned shop, propose optimization areas
* Propose the basket of deals starting from sell-out data performances and monitor the implementation
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this job, we believe you need to have:
* Background: computer science or economics studies
* Good knowledge of Google Analytics
* Knowledge of data visualization tools (eg. Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI)
* Excellent knowledge of Excel or other statistical tools (SPSS, SAS)
