Where and when could you start the internship with us?
Starting in October 2026, we will offer an internship opportunity in the Global Industrial Controlling Team:

* Support Industrial Controllers in the analysis and optimization of monthly reporting processes.
* Contribute to the implementation of AI-based tools and innovative digital solutions for finance and controlling activities.
* Support the Industrial Controlling team in analyzing financial and operational data and plants' efficiency in both actual and forecast.
* Assist in the development of dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring tools.
* Participate in cross-functional projects involving Finance, Operations, and IT teams.
* Help drive continuous improvement initiatives across the controlling function.

* Develop practical experience in financial reporting, performance analysis, and forecasting activities.

What are the basics?

* Going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or recent graduation (past year) with successful studies in Management or Business
* Previous extra-curricular or educational experience abroad
* Fluency in Italian and English
* Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Genuine interest in technology, digital transformation, and Artificial Intelligence applications.
* Curiosity, proactivity, and a willingness to learn new methods and tools.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel; familiarity with data visualization or AI tools is considered a plus.
