STMicroelectronics is looking for an Analog Design Engineer to join the Analog & Mixed-Signal design community. In this role, you will contribute to the development of integrated circuits for a wide range of applications, working alongside experienced engineers in a highly collaborative and innovation-driven environment. Responsibilities * Support the design, simulation, and verification of analog and mixed-signal circuits * Contribute to the development of building blocks such as: * Bandgap references * Operational amplifiers * Comparators * Oscillators * ADC/DAC sub-blocks * Perform circuit analysis, corner simulations, and Monte Carlo simulations * Assist in documentation, design review preparation, and technical reporting * Collaborate with layout, verification, test, and product engineering teams * Participate in debugging and characterization activities on silicon * Support improvement of design methodologies and reusable design IP Required qualifications * Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field * Basic knowledge of analog circuit design principles * Familiarity with circuit simulation tools such as SPICE, Cadence, or equivalent EDA environments * Understanding of semiconductor device fundamentals and CMOS technology * Ability to analyze circuits mathematically and interpret simulation results * Good problem-solving mindset and attention to detail * Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment * Good written and spoken English Preferred qualifications * Academic or internship experience in analog design * Exposure to layout constraints and parasitic effects * Knowledge of mixed-signal design concepts * Familiarity with scripting or automation tools such as Python * Hands-on experience with lab equipment for characterization is a plus What we offer * Opportunity to grow in a leading global semiconductor company * Hands-on experience in real product development projects * Mentorship from senior analog design engineers * A dynamic environment focused on learning, technical excellence, and innovation * Career development opportunities in analog, mixed-signal, and system-level design Location Pisa.
