About the role:

For our Commercial Area South & Italy team we are looking for a Junior Product Specialist.

You will be supporting the management of our products in serving well our existing and new business models. You will be collaborating with different functionals teams ensuring customer satisfaction.

This is a 6-month internship.

Location

The role is based in Assago (MI).

What you'll do:

* Support product portfolio analysis, including sales performance, pricing, and margin tracking
* Assist in preparing business presentations, dashboards, and commercial reports
* Contribute to product launch preparation (documentation, competitive benchmarking, maintenance of range management tool)
* Support market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on product initiatives and attend internal/external meetings as required.

Who you are:

* Currently pursuing or newly graduated in a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
* Strong interest in having first working experience in a Product Management role.
* Good collaboration and communication skills.
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills with solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
* Highly developed attention to detail.
* Fluent in English and Italian.
