Overview FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS | FROM JUNE We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and highly motivated candidate to join our team as a Retail Excellence Intern at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy Your Impact MAIN ACTIVITIES Support the team in managing day-to-day requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up, clear tracking and accurate resolution Provide operational support for requests coming from regional retail teams related to the in-store app, liaising with IT and HQ functions when needed Contribute to the coordination and day-to-day management of client experience initiatives and retail excellence programs Analyze, organize and present complex data sets to support reporting, decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives Prepare presentations, reports and project documentation to support regular updates, meetings and business reviews Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support project delivery, monitor timelines and ensure effective communication across teams The ideal candidate combines strong organizational and communication skills with an analytical, hands-on mindset. They are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, managing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and using project management and reporting tools to keep activities on track. A genuine interest in retail, digital tools and evolving customer experience trends will help the candidate contribute effectively from the start and grow within an international, collaborative environment. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Economics, Management or a related field Fluent English, both written and spoken; Italian is a plus High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and confidence in working with project management and collaboration tools Strong attention to detail, an organized approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive attitude.
