Let's do this. Let's change the world. During this program you will work within the Marketing Department and will support the assigned tutor in all department-related activities, actively participating and receiving on-the-job training.

The main responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the preparation of Business Unit launches
* Assisting in the definition and development of the communication plan and in the creation of related promotional materials, ensuring quality and consistency of content
* Designing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns (disease awareness campaigns, newsletters, etc.)
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams in organizing scientific events, internal meetings, and training sessions for the field force

* University degree in scientific disciplines within the life sciences field (medicine, pharmacy, biology, biotechnology, etc.) and/or a master's degree in management/marketing
* Experience in similar roles or therapeutic area in the pharma industry will be considered a plus
* Good knowledge of the English language, both written and oral
* Strong knowledge of MS Suite (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Analytical skills, strategic thinking, creativity, and a team-oriented mindset
