Creative Strategist Intern - Fashion + Luxury

Job Description:
We're looking for a Creative Strategy Intern to join Dentsu Creative's Fashion & Luxury team, supporting strategic work for international fashion, beauty, and luxury brands.

If fashion culture, social media, and emerging forms of communication are part of your daily life, we'll probably speak the same language.

What you'll actually do:
● Competitive analysis of fashion & luxury brands (positioning, presence, codes…)
● Ongoing monitoring of cultural and social trends (territory, platforms, creators, aesthetics)
● Support in building strategic presentations (from insights to creative outputs)
● Support on social media strategy: tone of voice, formats, channels, PEDS, creator activations
● Contribution to social reporting and analysis (performance reviews, qualitative insights, learnings)

Who you are:
- Studying (or recently graduated in) communication, design, fashion, marketing, or similar
- Able to combine analytical thinking with creative sensitivity
- Genuinely passionate about fashion and luxury culture (not just brands but aesthetics, shows, imagery, subcultures)
- Social media savvy: deeply interested in the entire social ecosystem (platform dynamics, formats, creators, algorithms)
- Curious about AI and new forms of communication (Midjourney, new tools, evolving creative processes)
- Strong writing skills (English and Italian are required)
- Confident with PowerPoint; Figma and Adobe tools are a plus
