Within the Sales Department of Armani/Casa, you will join the Customer Service Team and support all activities related to the management of customers' orders at an international level.
Specifically, you will be involved in the following activities:

Responsibilities
* Daily interaction with direct customers and distributors, providing efficient support throughout all phases of the order cycle
* Support in the preparation of commercial quotations and proposals for key clients
* Order entry into the company system
* Liaise with Credit and Logistics departments to ensure payment terms and shipping deadlines are met
* Interact with Production to monitor order status and prepare ad hoc quotations

Descrizione profilo:

Requirements
* Degree
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
* Fluency in both Italian and English
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of any additional language is considered a plus
