Your Role
As an intern in our Logistics Customer Service team, you will support the senior team members in the daily coordination of order management and logistics customer service activities across different business functions. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international environment, developing analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Working closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, Marketing, PR, and external partners, you will contribute to ensuring the smooth execution of operational processes, supporting order management activities, monitoring deliveries, resolving operational issues, and participating in process improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
* Support the handling and monitoring of customer orders, ensuring timely processing and follow-up;
* Assist in the coordination of logistics activities, deliveries, returns, and warehouse-related issues for marketing material;
* Monitor shipments and proactively support the resolution of transportation and delivery exceptions;
* Manage and follow up on operational requests and tickets from internal stakeholders and business partners;
* Support the execution of system and process tests, ensuring data accuracy and identifying potential issues;
* Assist in the update and maintenance of logistics configuration tables related to warehousing and transportation;
* Provide operational support to cross-functional teams including PR, Brand Management, Sport Marketing, and POP Supply Chain
* Assist in the preparation of reports, analyses, and documentation to support business decisions and operational improvements;
* Contribute to process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Main Requirements
* Educational background in Economics, Foreign Languages, Logistics, or similar fields;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Good proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel in particular);
* Attention to detail, organization, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team;
* Languages: Italian and English mandatory;
