Junior Project Manager - Intern

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Customer Service Department.
This role will support the management and execution of cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service processes, tools, and overall customer experience. Working closely with multiple business functions, the successful candidate will contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives, including Artificial Intelligence-based technologies, to drive operational excellence and service quality.
PROFILE Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields. Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities. knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent English is required
