We are looking for motivated interns to join our Sales System Analysis Department!

As Sales System Analyst you will…
* Support Current sales systems: you will support the sales and business activity with a technical orientation and passion for information technology.
* Work closely with Sales Operation, RGM and Sales Field team to grant proper support to Sales Team
* Support System development and Testing
* Maintain master data and related hierarchies in the Sales Force Automation tool and System in use
* Support consistency of data flows and processes among the main systems in use
* Support Sales Process Design
* Support Local Power BI
* Support Sales reporting and analysis (we are not supporting consumer reporting and analysis)

You might be the one we are looking for if…
* You have 4/5 years of higher education (master's degree in engineering / management economics / statistics or equivalent)
* You have done a first internship in Sales operations department (considered a plus, but not mandatory)
* You are recognized for your:
- Priority setting and planning attitude
- Process management, system analysis familiarity and analytical skills
- Ability in managing relations within the organization
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Baldness to challenge the status quo in order to continually improve WOWs
- Reactiveness
- Good level of autonomy
- The capability of navigating and managing numbers
- Analysis is your cup of tea
* You are proficient with Excel (MS office/Power Pivot)
* You have basic to proficient knowledge in Power BI
* SAP (or another tool) is a plus
* You are fluent in English and Italian.

* Beginning: May 2024
* Duration: 6 months
* Compensation: 1000EUR/month (up to 1200EUR for relocation to Milan or if you are commuting more than 100km per day)
