About the role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior E-commerce Sales Specialist to join our team in Italy. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital sales, and online marketing within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This is a 6-month internship.
Location
The role is based in Assago (MI).
What you'll do:
* Support the Local Sales Team in commercial activation initiatives to drive online sales performance.
* Assist in Product Catalogue Management, ensuring accurate product information and availability across platforms.
* Analyse Sales and Traffic Data to identify trends, improve conversion rates, and optimize user experience (UX).
* Collaborate with Marketing Teams for campaign planning and execution to maximize visibility and engagement.
* Support Marketplace Activations and Range Management, ensuring timely updates and product launches.
* Liaise with the Central E-commerce Team (Sweden) for new implementations and day-to-day operational tasks.
* Work Cross-Functionally with different areas of the business, including demand planning, logistics, and product line management, to ensure smooth operations and alignment.
* Support Customer Service Tasks aimed at improving the overall customer experience and satisfaction across digital touchpoints.
Who you are:
* Currently pursuing or newly graduated in a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
* Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.
* Fluent in English and Italian.
