Job Description:
一、基本信息
* 岗位名称：商业能力培训实习生
* 工作地点：上海/远程
二、主要职责与任务
* 协助商业能力培训经理，支持Challenger、FST、我小学等培训项目，跟进培训物料筹备、场地预订、人员通知等前期筹备工作
* 维护培训资料知识库，分类归档培训课件、案例和考核题目；定期校对内容，同步更新教材版本，确保培训内容的准确性与版本统一
* 协助商业能力培训经理，制作培训素材和案例，如知识海报、学习卡片；协助打磨课程案例素材
三、任职要求
* 全日制本科及以上，大三大四、研一研二在校生
* 英语四级以上
* 熟悉Microsoft Office办公软件
* 有学生会、社团活动组织经验者优先
