Missions

The Client Servicing department's main mission is to support the commercial development of the Group providing on a daily basis to our clients with outstanding operational and administrative support monitoring the respect of group procedures.
Our Distribution Support team is the group's backbone for the Third Party Fund Distribution activity.

Their main tasks are:
* Monitoring Client request, providing administrative and operational support
* Preparing quarterly and monthly reporting for internal and external stakeholders
* Support in Clients onboarding
* Coordination of Distribution Agreement setup
* Keeping our distributors' AML/KYC directories up to date to comply with regulatory requirements
* Support the team in automation processes

The Client Service intern will assist all team members in their daily activities and provide the needed support in order to meet our internal and external Clients' expectations.

Niveau d'études minimum

Bac + 4 / M1

Formation / Spécialisation

* Bachelor/Master in Business School or University with a specialization in Finance
* A first experience in bank or financial environment is appreciated
* Good command of English and French
* Knowledge of funds or financial markets and products
* At ease with Microsoft Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Well organized, dynamic, takes initiative, sense of communication, insight, discretion and flexibility
